What this looks like from your desk
The product is almost never the problem. The paperwork is — and you find out when the container is already at port.
You need a known specification, at volume, with paperwork that will survive an audit, from a supplier who still answers in month six. What the market usually offers is an intermediary with a PDF catalogue, a quote by email, and silence between deposit and delivery.
The failure mode is rarely the product. It is documentation: a certificate that doesn't match the lot, a specification that shifted between samples and production, a certificate of analysis in the wrong version while the container sits at port accruing charges.
And when your auditor asks which lot the certificate covers, the honest answer is often that nobody kept the link.
- This is you if
- You have received a certificate that covers a product family rather than the lot in your container.
- A specification shifted between the sample and the production run, and nobody told you.
- Between paying the deposit and seeing the container, your only status update was one you had to ask for.
- Your auditor has asked which lot a certificate covers and you could not answer from the file.
- You are buying through an intermediary who will not name the factory.
Most suppliers can send a certificate. Far fewer can tie it to the lot in your container, on the line it was produced on, on the date it ran — which is the only version that survives an audit or a recall.

What buyers ask
When we are the wrong answer
Qualifying out early is cheaper for both sides than discovering it in month three.
You need single boxes or retail quantities. This is a production-contract model; the economics start at pallet volumes.
You need a product outside gloves, baby care and personal care. We manufacture what we manufacture.
You need next-day delivery from local stock. Production runs are scheduled, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
You want the cheapest possible unit regardless of certification. There are suppliers for that, and we are not competitive against them.
Send us the specification you already buy.
We'll come back with the equivalent line, the certificate set and a costed run — standard for standard.
