EDMA Group operates this website. The group companies are listed on The Record, which also names the entity behind each property. For any question about this notice, or to exercise the rights below, write to the contact form and select “Partnership”, or email the address published on that page.

Nothing, until you allow it. Analytics run on Google Consent Mode with every storage category set to denied by default. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no measurement is recorded.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records ordinary usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and the on-site actions we have chosen to measure — which brand pages are opened, which pages requests for a quote come from, and whether The Record was read. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage.

If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, chosen intent and message. That is sent through Web3Forms, a form-relay provider, and delivered to an EDMA inbox. We use it to answer you, and for the commercial correspondence that follows.

Analytics: your consent, given through the banner, withdrawable at any time.

Contact form: legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and the steps taken before entering a contract where the enquiry concerns an order.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically by Google.

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or the enquiry reasonably requires, and are deleted on request unless a legal or accounting obligation requires otherwise.

DigitalOcean — hosts the site; standard server logs are generated as with any website.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes. No advertising or remarketing tags run on this site.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable form. Withdrawing consent is immediate and costs you nothing: use the button below.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Romania that is the ANSPDCP.

Before consent: none, beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the pages.

After accepting: Google Analytics sets its own identifiers (typically _ga and a property-specific companion) to distinguish repeat visits. Declining prevents them from being set at all.

Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage — not a cookie, and never transmitted to us.
