What this glove is for

A working glove earns its place at the point where oil would normally take control.

Xpress Safe is a black, powder-free nitrile glove built around one functional difference: a raised diamond texture across the working surface. The pattern creates more contact edges around wet, dry, greasy and oily parts, while the 6 mil body provides more tear and snag resistance than a thin examination glove.

The line is positioned for automotive work, industrial maintenance, engineering, agriculture, cleaning and other demanding single-use tasks. It is Category III PPE and EN ISO 374-1 Type B in the supplied documentation, with published permeation classes for sodium hydroxide, formaldehyde and hydrogen peroxide. Task selection still follows the exact chemical, concentration and exposure time — thickness alone is not a chemical-safety claim.

Xpress Safe — diamond grip — raised texture across palm and fingers
Raised diamond gripTexture across the palm and fingers keeps more of the glove in contact with oily parts, tools and wet surfaces.
Heavy-duty, not rigidA 6 mil nitrile body adds working strength while preserving the dexterity needed for fasteners, fittings and instruments.
Published chemical classesThe supplied EN 16523-1 panel reports performance classes for three named chemicals instead of relying on a generic chemical-resistant label.

  • For chemical work, select the glove from the full permeation report for the exact chemical, concentration and expected contact time.
11 · How it is made

The line behind the box

The heavy-duty nitrile body is formed with a raised diamond pattern across the working surface rather than a smooth or fingertip-only finish.

EDMA states that factories are inspected and audited, with randomised batch testing and certification under international quality-management systems.

Each production run is quoted with its current specification, packing configuration and certification scope so the buyer can match the glove to the task and lot.
