Two formats. One reusable system.
Cup and disc are different fits, not different quality levels. The right choice is the one that feels secure and comfortable in your body.
The cup uses a flexible rim and bell-shaped body to create a gentle seal. It sits lower and collects flow without absorbing moisture.
The disc is broader and shallower. It is designed to sit higher in the vaginal fornix, leaving the vaginal canal unobstructed.

Both formats are made without natural rubber latex.
Reusable by design
Wash, store and reuse instead of replacing a disposable product at every change.
Up to eight hours
The supplied product copy specifies up to eight hours of wear before removal and cleaning.

04 · Use & care
A routine designed to repeat
Always follow the instructions supplied with the product. If insertion or wear causes pain, remove the product and seek professional advice.
Start clean
Wash your hands and the product before insertion. Follow the product instructions for sterilisation between cycles.
Fold & position
Compress the flexible rim, insert gently and allow the cup or disc to open into its intended position.
Check comfort
The product should feel secure but unobtrusive. Remove it and try again if there is pressure or discomfort.
Remove & store
Remove carefully, empty, wash and allow it to dry fully before placing it in its breathable storage pouch.
