Three absorbencies cover lighter, moderate and heavier flow. The same applicator-free format and 16-piece count run through the entire range.

04 · Use & safety
Comfort starts with the right routine
Always read and follow the instructions supplied with the retail product. Tampon use is associated with a rare but serious condition called toxic shock syndrome (TSS).
Start clean
Wash and dry your hands before opening the wrapper. Use only one tampon at a time.
Match the flow
Use the lowest absorbency that comfortably manages your current flow. Change the format as your flow changes.
Change regularly
The supplied instructions recommend changing every 4–6 hours. Never leave a tampon in for more than eight hours.
Remove & dispose
Gently pull the withdrawal string, wrap the used tampon and place it in household waste. Never flush it.
TSS / KNOW THE SIGNS
If you develop sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, faintness, muscle aches or a sunburn-like rash while using a tampon, remove it and seek urgent medical advice.
