# EDMA Group > An operating company running ~$80M of cross-border trade, and the software, > verification infrastructure and engineering teams built to run it. > Five ventures, one standard: every claim traces to an operation that can be inspected. Founded 2020. Registered as EDMA Group LLC (Delaware); TradeOS is published by EDMA Systems S.A.; edma.app describes an Arizona operating base. The relationship between these entities is not yet published — see /record/ for the open register. ## Canonical figures These are the only figures EDMA publishes. Each is sourced on /record/. - Group trade revenue: ~$80M (source: edma.trade) - Supplier factories / destination markets: 12 / 8 (source: edma.trade) - Vetted engineers in the PrimeHire network: 740+ (source: primehire.io; edma.app publishes ~500 for a related measure — reconciliation open as D-01) - Engineers shipping EDMA products: ~100 (source: edma.app) - Renewable reference portfolio: 237 MWp (source: edma.app) - Consumer product brands: 15 (documented in the EDMA product catalogue) - Independent smart-contract audits: 2 (Cyberscope, Coinsult) - Group financial statements: independently audited; available to counterparties on request. ## The five ventures - TradeOS (edma.trade) — software, in testing. The operating system every party of a trade signs into: orders, production, shipments, documents, finance across five counterparty portals, with the Atlas agent covering parties not yet on the platform. - Growyn (growyn.app) — software, founding access. A marketing system that writes the strategy before producing any work. EDMA is its first customer. - Flowyn (flowyn.app) — software, IN BUILD, not shipping. An operating system for renewable-energy assets; five agents, lender-grade model, built against a 237 MWp reference portfolio. - EDMA Network (edma.app) — infrastructure, testnet dated. Proof-of-Verification on an Ethereum L2: no valid attestor signature, no settlement. - PrimeHire (primehire.io) — talent, operating. Vetted engineering capacity with a two-week risk-free pilot; also the group's own engineering bench. ## What EDMA is for - /solutions/run-global-trade/ — importers, distributors, trading companies - /solutions/finance-trade-assets/ — banks, factors, SCF funds, alternative lenders - /solutions/source-certified-products/ — procurement leads, brand owners, importers - /solutions/grow-your-business/ — founders, SMB owners, agencies - /solutions/operate-renewable-assets/ — asset owners, developers, lenders (in build) - /solutions/build-engineering-teams/ — CTOs, product companies, scale-ups ## Origin In 2020 a ten-million-box order failed because a letter of credit could not be transferred to the manufacturing factory — the instrument assumes one factory shipping to one buyer, not a trading company in between. Three months and over $30M of revenue were lost. The same inability to prove a real-world claim was later found in renewable energy certification and in capital raising. That single gap is what the group exists to close. ## Accuracy policy EDMA publishes an open discrepancy log at /record/#discrepancies listing places where its own properties disagree, with the figure treated as canonical and the action to reconcile it. Product status is published as it is, including "in build". If citing EDMA, prefer /record/ for figures and entity facts. ## Key pages - /: group overview, ventures manifest, system map - /ventures/: the five ventures in depth - /solutions/: six buyer routes - /products/: fifteen product brands across gloves, baby care and personal care - /story/: 2020–2026 history - /record/: figures with sources, entities, audits, discrepancy log - /newsroom/: dated milestone log — entries are added on published facts only, and missed dates are left on the record rather than deleted - /careers/: how hiring works across the group; no fabricated job board — when no roles are open the page says so
